This notice explains how Amidflow Limited ("Amidflow", "we") handles personal data collected through amidflow.com. We keep data collection minimal and use it only to respond to enquiries.

What we collect and why

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email, organisation, role and the details you choose to share about your decision, workflow or reporting problem. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if there is a fit, to prepare a scoping conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool (such as Plausible) that does not track you across sites or build an advertising profile. No cookie banner is required because no tracking cookies are set.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then deleted. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to our processing of it. Contact hello@amidflow.com and we will respond. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission.
